Why do your item prices fluctuate?

We price our items based on several factors: condition, purchase price, stock levels and seasonality.

Which payment methods are accepted?

ClearAccept - credit and debit cards, PayPal and Laybuy.

Are returns accepted on all items?

Yes, we accept returns on new and preloved items, within 14 days of you receiving. Please ensure they are in the same condition as when received. We really appreciate return items being carefully folded, buttons secured and turned the correct way around. 

Sizes and conversions

We sell so many brands which can have varying sizes and measurements. Every product has full measurements provided. Please get in touch if you need any extra details and we will be happy to help.
