Returns

We promise to refund any unworn, unused item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in saleable condition by post within 14 days of receipt. Please post your return via a trackable service and obtain proof of postage. We do not currently offer free returns.

Our return address is Holleo, 6 Hunt Drive, Melton Mowbray, Leics, LE13 1PB, UK.

Where a refund is necessary, we expect most parcels to be refunded within 7 days of reaching us, but this doesn’t include your bank’s processing time. If you have received an email confirming your refund but can’t see the money in your account, please contact your bank/card issuer.

Please also note that items must be returned with all of the barcode tags attached and intact (if applicable).

For hygiene reasons we do not offer refunds on underwear or swimwear if the hygiene strip has been removed, unless they are of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose.

If you wish to exchange an online purchase, please place a new order for the required item and return the unwanted item to us for processing.

UK Delivery 

Collection and free delivery within LE13 is available for our local customers. Please select this postage option at checkout.

International Delivery

All our international parcels are sent using Royal Mail Standard Airmail, or International Tracked and Signed (insured and signature confirming delivery). For specific delivery costs enter your country at the basket page.
