We promise to refund any unworn, unused item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in saleable condition by post within 14 days of receipt. Please post your return via a trackable service and obtain proof of postage. We do not currently offer free returns.
We’ll email you to let you know your return has been received. Where a refund is necessary, we expect most parcels to be refunded within 7 days of reaching us, but this doesn’t include your bank’s processing time. If you have received an email confirming your refund but can’t see the money in your account, please contact your bank/card issuer.
Please also note that items must be returned with all of the barcode tags attached and intact (if applicable).
For hygiene reasons we do not offer refunds on underwear or swimwear if the hygiene strip has been removed, unless they are of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose.
If you wish to exchange an online purchase, please place a new order for the required item and return the unwanted item to us for processing.
